Mario Alberto Tente Cantarinha


 was born in Folgosinho, Portugal on June 2,1957. His parents Julio Esteves Cantarinha and Adelia Esteves Tente Cantarinha immigrated to France. Mario spent his childhood up to the age of 11 in Folgosinho living with his maternal grandparents, and then immigrated with his parents to France, where he has resided for 32 years. He got married 23 years ago with Maria de Fatima, which was also from Folgosinho. They have 2 children Bruno who is 20 years old and Filipe who is 16 years old. His passion for photography appeared in his childhood through curiosity and soon he came to realize that he had been blessed with a special talent which kept progressing. This enabled him to carry through many different photographic works over the years. He has also done various expositions in Portugal and France
